From MAX to HEKO: discover our new name
The name of a product reflects its identity, values and objectives, in line with the company that develops it. A name change is therefore a major step that requires investment, commitment and vision.
Today, MAX becomes HEKO. This transformation marks the start of a new chapter for our flagship e-healthcare pathway management solution.
In this article, we explain why we’re changing our name and what it means.
A new name for a broader mission, in line with today’s issues
MAX reflected our desire to create an innovative digital product to optimize the potential of healthcare work thanks to digital technology. But what if the real need was the opposite, in today’s fast-changing world? What if we needed to do more with less?
Our team chose the name HEKO in response to these questions:
- Our solution is intended as an echo of the issues facing our world today and our company’s DNA: putting people back at the heart of digital technology;
- Mark our eco-responsibility to all by being frugal in our technical developments and optimization of our AI algorithms: Doing more and better with less, in line with HEKO’s strategic evolution as a primary data collection and stratification point for clinical research.
HEKO thus retains much of MAX’s visual identity to ensure continuity for all our users… only the name changes!
Concretely, what’s changing?
For all our users:
- The access link will now be https://heko.botdesign.net/ to log in to your HEKO account, but don’t worry, if you type https://max.botdesign.net/ into your web browser, you’ll be automatically redirected there!
- The download links in the Android and iOS app stores remain the same:
- Patient
- Healthcare professional
- All user guides will also be updated as they become available
